Our passion is offering better ways of delivering social and mental health care.
Our signature service is Kooth, which is a multiple award-winning Early Intervention and Rapid Referral service for vulnerable young people currently operating in eight local authority areas in North West England. The service consists of an online counselling website at Kooth.com which is linked into an Outreach Team.
The company has pioneered online counselling in the UK and has won a number of national and local awards for innovation, public sector best practice and eGovernment.
Xenzone has 13 staff and is based in Manchester and also has an office in London. Founded in 2001 its clients include local government, NHS Primary Care Trusts and the voluntary sector.
Future plans include entering the social care software market and offering online counselling solutions to HR departments within enterprises and to external Emploee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers - EAPs help employees deal with personal problems that might be adversely impacting their work performance and health.
