Our philosophy is that if we are going to deliver services online then we should be experts in the technical as well as therapeutic sides of the equation. That's why we employ full time dedicated I.T staff to support our service delivery.

This has huge advantages:

• feedback from counsellors and clients is quickly used to adapt and improve our services, or develop new ones
• our I.T. team built our service platforms, so they know them inside out and any problems can be dealt with promptly
• with years of experience in this field we have learned what works best and can use this knowledge to help potential clients to better understand the options available to them
• We are neither an I.T. company nor a counselling organisation - we are BOTH
