Online adult counselling
Help and support for people with emotional or mental health problems
Qwell works with local health service
commissioners and
employers to create an early intervention system for adults who need help and support with emotional or mental health problems.
- Cost effective
- Outcome focussed
- Measurable results
Qwell has evolved from Xenzone's years of experience in successfully pioneering and implementing Kooth, the UK's leading online counselling service for children and young people.
Qwell operates on similar lines to Kooth; an online community where one-to-one and group therapy services are delivered and facilitated by Xenzone's professionally qualified therapists, counsellors and support workers. There are many self help features present on the site too.
An added advantage is the feature-rich technical infrastructure that has been fully developed by the Xenzone team which means the system can go live within a matter of weeks.
Mental health problems are found in people of all ages, regions, countries and societies. Statistics show that 1 in 4 British adults experience at least one diagnosable mental health problem in any one year and one in six experiences this at any given time. Only 25% of the six million people in the UK who suffer from mental health problems, depression and anxiety disorders, ever receive treatment.
