Elaine Bousfield
Elaine has many years of experience as a counsellor and as a manager of counselling services. Prior to co-founding Xenzone Ltd, she spent six years working at 42nd Street as a counsellor working with young people who had experienced sexual abuse, two years at St Mathews Community Project as a Mental Health Community Worker, four years at Manchester Rape Crisis and three years at Middle Park Community Centre as a Community Worker.

Steve Donohoe
Stephen brings extensive corporate board level management experience to the team. His brief is to ensure that the ambitious ideas and aspirations of the managers and staff are turned into real projects that deliver genuine, measurable benefits to customers. Trained as an accountant in the City of London, he relocated to Manchester in 1989 and has held senior roles with a number of large corporations; most notably General Electric from 1997 to 2005
